Welcome to Nu-IDee  tax preparation services.  We are excited that you are ready to get started on your taxes!  Please take a minute to review our tax return preparation process.  We can finalize your tax returns completely online.  You will not have to leave the convenience of your home.  Our mission is to deliver a tax preparation experience that is professional, secure, cost-effective, and convenient.

1. SCHEDULE A TAX APPOINTMENT: During this interview, our team will gather the information required to complete your tax return and you will give us permission to prepare your taxes.  During this virtual meeting, you will also get an invitation to LISCIO, our secure client portal, so you can upload  your documentation safely and securely.  Our client portal is secure and user friendly.  You will be able to user your computer or smart phone to complete the process.    

2. GATHER YOUR TAX DOCUMENTS: Send us your tax documents through our secure portal.  Our client portal allows you to review your documents and communicate with us in a safe manner. 

3. TAX PREPARATION BEGINS:  Once all required documents have been received, your tax preparation will begin.  We will communicate any updates or if we require further information or documentation via our secure portal.  We estimate that the preparation will take between 3– 10 work days. 

4.  REVIEW, FINALIZE & APPROVE:  Once tax returns are ready for review, we send you an update via our client portal.  If you have questions or comments regarding your returns, you can let us know via the client portal or by telephone.  We want you to understand your tax returns and feel 110% comfortable about the information being filed. We then conduct a 30 minute detailed review of your taxes via remote meeting will be provided if necessary. 

5. PAY, SIGN, & DELIVER: Once you review and approve your tax returns, you are almost ready.  Just complete these final 3 steps and you are all set! 

• Pay tax prep fees electronically.  Full payment is required before e–filing your tax return.  
• Give us permission to e-file your taxes.  We will provide your authorization forms via our secure portal. 
• Read, sign, & date your E-Signature forms no later than 1 day after you receive E-Signature email; E-Signature forms over 48 hours will need to be resent & will delay e-filing of your tax returns. 

Within 3 days after e-filing, you will receive a confirmation email from our tax team advising you that your tax returns have been Acknowledged, Received & Accepted from the appropriate tax agencies.
